SwitchSmith allows you and your group to manage and receive inbound business calls on your own mobile.

After installing the SwitchSmith app, you set up instant ring groups for your business numbers. Now your business switchboard is live and at your fingertips.

SwitchSmith allows you to see as much of your businesss call activity as you choose, so you can minimize interruptions when you need.

All inbound calls are held in a queue which you see on your live switch screen. Customers hear a greeting that you record in the app. You decide who to answer first.

SwitchSmith notifications let you track calls to your ring groups so you can see how live calls are answered, manage call flow, and save time for you and your customers.

Make outbound calls with your existing SIM card and set one of your public facing numbers as the caller id.

You can also use SIP desk phones to receive calls. Use the app to switch between receiving calls on your mobile and taking calls on a desk phone.

And if you prefer not to use push notifications but would rather receive regular interrupting calls on your mobile, this is possible as well. For any group you belong you, you can dynamically switch between push notifications, desk phones and regular mobile. This can be done on a per group basis, so you can tailor the way you receive calls from different ring groups.
